Nationwide placemaker Muse, in partnership with Solihull Council, is bringing forward proposals to transform Mell Square in Solihull town centre.
Our vision is to bring greater vibrancy through delivering a mixed-use neighbourhood for people to live, work, shop and socialise.
A planning application was submitted earlier this year to Solihull Council. To view the application, please visit the Solihull Council website and search for PL/2025/00547/MAJFDW.
Community Conversation
Before submitting the planning application, we held a Community Conversation in November 2024 for the local community to provide feedback on the plans to revitalise Mell Square.
